The Role

Overview

Design, install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation for pharma manufacturing, ensuring GMP compliance.

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with GMP, QMS documents, and other regulatory standards USFDA. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to support smooth operations. -Participate in risk assessments, change controls, and deviation investigations related to instrumentation. -Ensure proper calibration and validation of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, pH meters, and analytical instruments. -Prepare and maintain documentation for instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and compliance audits. -Train and guide technicians on instrumentation best practices and safety protocols. -Support in Projects & installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. -Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems for process control and automation in pharma manufacturing. -Troubleshoot HVAC system and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.’

What You Bring

-Familiarity with cleanroom environments and sterile manufacturing processes. -Knowledge of BMS & EMS system and related CSV documentation and protocol & it’s report execution. -Strong knowledge of GMP, validation protocols, and regulatory compliance. -Experience with BMS, EMS, AHUs System, PLC, SCADA and instruments like pressure gauges, temperature gauges, Temperature sensor, controller, Flowmeters, Temperature transmitter, DPT, DPS. -Good communication and documentation skills. -Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation technologies. -Certification in instrumentation or automation systems is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or related field. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Knowledge of HVAC instrumentation and environmental monitoring systems. -5-6 years of experience in instrumentation within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
