  • Design and configure planning applications including forms, business rules, dashboards, and data integrations.
  • Document solution architecture, configuration, and user guides.
  • Develop and maintain calculation scripts, data maps, and automation routines using EPM Automate and Data Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze planning and budgeting requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates and best practices.
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning modules.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Groovy, SQL) for advanced business rules.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
  • Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP).
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules such as Strategic Modeling or Profitability and Cost Management.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning.
