Janitorial Supervisor

Tasks

-Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building. -Manage daily employee lunches and breaks. -Manage security of keys and access cards for the property. -Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy. -Report work orders for maintenance. -Coordinate equipment usage and inventories. -Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks. -Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests. -Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered. -Assist with the training of the cleaning team. -Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance. -Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels. -Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required). -Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. -Maintain daily shift report for managers.

-Good communication skills both written and verbal. -Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff. -Complete order forms completely and accurately. -Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.
