Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and support accounting functions.

Tasks

-Ensure that invoices are entered accurately and in a timely fashion -Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. -Assist in preparation of journal entry support. -Process incoming vendor invoices & reconcile vendor statements. -Communicate with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues. -Ensure imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.

What You Bring

-ERP and Microsoft Office experience, intermediate Excel skills & NetSuite experience is a plus. -Organized and self-motivated. -Regular dependable attendance. -1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience. -Great communication and math skills. -Excellent attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills. -Ability to work with others and deal effectively with vendors and operations to answer questions and provide information. -High School diploma. -Experience working independently and ability to prioritize tasks.
