Tasks

The Electrical Project Manager leads the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction planning and buyout through execution, commissioning, and closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and risk; drive field coordination; and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery. -Manage change events from pricing through negotiation and execution -Create and maintain CPM schedules, look-aheads, manpower plans, and cost forecasts -Direct field execution in partnership with Superintendents; uphold QA/QC and NEC compliance -Coordinate with Estimating for turnover/VE and with Prefab/VDC for build strategy -Lead preconstruction planning, purchasing/buyout, and subcontractor onboarding -Champion safety culture and site-specific safety planning -Drive document control: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, logs, and closeout packages -Own overall project delivery: scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety -Communicate proactively with clients, GCs, inspectors, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Proficiency with construction PM tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/Primavera, Excel) -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills -Proven track record delivering commercial/industrial electrical projects (healthcare, data center, life sciences, education, interiors, or industrial) -OSHA-30 and NFPA-70E familiarity preferred (or willingness to obtain) -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings/specs, NEC, and construction means/methods -5+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction (APM/PE/PM/Field leadership)
