Tasks

-Work with finance and business leaders during the close period to resolve issues and report progress through the monthly business close. -Lead market labor services pricing rationalization. -Support field business leaders with a regular review of customer service contract analysis. -Report on monthly performance, providing analysis, insights, and narratives of financial data. -Distribute monthly functional spend analysis, sales and operational KPI’s, leading and lagging indicators, retention results, reporting, and field results as required. -Work directly with business leaders on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting. -Develop actionable insights to drive business performance.

What You Bring

-Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet software, ERP, and Sub Systems for data reporting, such as ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric/BI. -Adv anced degree and/or at least 3 years of related experience.
