Engineering and design of WTP and WwTP.
Lead the technical delivery of a range of projects relating to water/wastewater treatment from Pune office.
Prepare technical reports.
Support the team leader with resource and other management duties.
Ensure that the quality programs, appropriate design procedures and systems are followed.
Support technical development of Engineers, technicians.
Hydraulic design of treatment units and associated piping / channels, site drainage.
Developing excellence by ensuring project efficiencies are achieved.
Coordinate / advise designers to prepare detailed drawings.
Work in collaboration with Discipline Lead, Project Lead and other discipline leads and engineers, designers.
Ensure the use of consistent design standards and best practices on projects in line with the technical direction of the discipline
Lead day to day liaison with Regional PM and engineers to ensure project deliverables are developed in accordance with client scope, budget, timescale, and quality requirements.
Drive innovation and digital delivery.
Detailed design, carry out check & reviews.
Technically deliver the design of treatment plants, hydraulic and utility design independently.

Experience in design of yard piping, pipe fittings, connection details.
Understanding of P&ID, PFD for WTP and WWTP
Experience of working on UK frameworks & NA Region
Ability to make decisions independently and strong problem resolutions skills
Professionally qualified Engineer, MEng, or BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering with recent experience in water and wastewater treatment and disposal.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
14 to 16 years of relevant experience.
Excellent data presentation abilities (MS Office)
Professionally accredited or working towards it (ICE UK/ CIWEM)
Ability to work in collaborative multi-discipline engineering environment
Need to work off-hours for client co-ordination: Occasionally
Need to travel offshore for training/on-site work: Occasionally
Good working knowledge of GIS/CAD & review software
At least 10 years of experience working on civil engineering design aspects for WTP and WWTP and knowledge of various treatment methodologies (e.g.ASP/SBR/MBR /MBBR etc.).
