Finance Officer

Overview

Process invoices, manage supplier relationships, and support finance admin tasks.

Tasks

-Assist with Business Activity Statement reports. -Process invoices for payment in accordance with contractual terms. -Liaise with suppliers & other key stakeholders in relation to invoices and purchase orders. -Reconciliation of supplier statements. -Provide administrative support as required. -Build and maintain supplier relationships and response to account queries. -Register and allocate invoices.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills -Strong attention to detail -A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an admin role -Genuine interest in accounts and finance with relevant experience or relevant qualifications.
