Tasks

-Serve as system administrator for Zengenti Contensis (cloud hosted), including user management, site configuration, and troubleshooting. -Innovation & Expertise: Championing new ideas and sharing knowledge to solve industry problems -Ensure tracking and SEO tools are properly integrated across all platforms. -As a key member of the Global Marketing Department, you will be responsible for designing and building new websites and microsites, as well as creating and enhancing existing ones. You will ensure all digital properties follow brand specifications, accessibility standards, and align with organisational goals. This is a dynamic role that blends technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving. -Administer Google services including: -Monitor and manage domain renewals and expirations. -Design, build, and maintain websites and microsites that reflect TWI’s brand identity and meet accessibility standards. -Collaborate with marketing colleagues to translate campaign needs into digital executions. -Maintain and update websites hosted on TWI systems -We work closely with our ICT function and external vendors to ensure our websites are secure, functional, and deliver a consistent user experience, across all platforms. -Customer Focus: Building trusting relationships with our customers -Collaborate with teams using Wild Apricot for event management and user account creation. -Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. -Manage cookie privacy compliance using Civic. -Create and manage Private Events pages, using provided walkthroughs and templates. -Stay up to date with Contensis documentation and deployment guides. -Maintain documentation and login credentials for our working platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Analytics & SEO Tools We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Web Developer/Designer to join our digital team. This role is pivotal in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms and digital infrastructure. TWI Culture This position may require regular travel both in the UK and abroad. -Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-platform and browser compatibility issues. -Google Tag Manager -Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). -Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of third-party services. -Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance. -Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development. -Proficiency in SEO best practices and Google web tools. -Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and SQL is desirable. -Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Zengenti Contensis -The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CMS systems (TWI primarily use Contensis from Zengenti), web design and administration, and digital tools that support user experience, and analytics. -Experience with Agile methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
