Tasks

-Assist in processing inventory orders, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and managing inventory accuracy. -Increase sales of HVAC equipment parts through direct customer interaction and phone support. -Handle all customer parts inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. -Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional warehouse environment, including exterior grounds. -Process warranty replacements for equipment parts and assist with resolving customer collection issues. -Adhere to safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines -Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge relevant to HVAC equipment and control systems. -Assemble special order items and provide general support on parts issues and warehouse needs.

-Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams. -This position may require climbing ladders and the ability to function at heights. -Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. -2-3 years of related work experience. -Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Certified operation of a forklift. -Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure. -This position may require lifting to 75 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor. -This position may involve standing for extended periods and working in tight spaces. -Experience in HVAC or warehouse operations.
