Tasks
-Build executive interlocks and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership. -Lead enablement programs to grow partner delivery capacity and certifications. -Develop and execute joint business plans with global system integrators, including revenue, certification, and marketing KPIs. -Work with partners to ensure product differentiation is amplified in the market and maximize competitive advantage and positioning. -Drive co-sell motions with field sales, including account mapping, pipeline reviews, and deal registration. -Collaborate with marketing on MDF-funded campaigns and events with measurable ROI. -Work with product teams to create repeatable industry-aligned offerings with partners.

What You Bring
As a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager - North America, you will own strategic relationships with global and regional system integrators, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, revenue growth, and practice development. This role requires deep experience in building executive-level partnerships, creating joint business plans, and enabling partner-led delivery capacity. Work Permits & Visas You must already have the right to work permanently in the US. This role does not support those requiring visas or visa transfers. -8–12+ years in alliances or partner management with global SIs/GSIs. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders. -Deep experience in strategic enterprise sales. -Experience with value selling, value engineering, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus. -Proven success in joint GTM execution and revenue impact at enterprise scale. -Strong understanding of telecom/utility industry and SaaS solutions. This role requires a deep passion for the telecom/utilities space and detailed understanding of use cases, workflows, impact. -Experience with hyperscale co-sell programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
