Process bi‑weekly payroll, manage related reports, and ensure accuracy using ADP.

Tasks

 Provide the CEO a monthly New Hires Report  Coordinate compliance audits  Process JE entries and accruals, PTO balances, Harbor Court invoices  Process payroll manual and final checks as needed (closed accts., terms) as well as referral manual checks and letters  Process reports for Payroll and H.R. utilizing ADP Reporting software  Add new hires and update employee information in ADP personnel file  Process company payroll for all entities  Assist Regional Managers/Property Managers with payroll account variances  Involve with year-end Budget Manager. Communicate to Payroll Manager any discrepancies or findings based on the payroll process cycle  Prepare payroll batch reports for accuracy against upload Quickbase report  Prepare semi-monthly and monthly employee deductions report  Run and review the following reports: Manual Checks Report, New Hires, Employee Changes Report, Automatic Pay Cancelation and Allowed/Taken Report  Run/provide PTO Balance report to Director of IT to upload into Quickbase  Review all timesheet from the Exceptions Report to ensure accuracy including timesheets that have discrepancies or have questions  Prepare biweekly Overtime Report after payroll processing and ensures that each Department  Input employer portion of health benefits in ADP annually  Assist Payroll Manager as needed  Responsible for resolving outstanding items on bank reconciliation  Prepare cashbook for DEM Prepare, input and process all payroll responsibilities on a bi-weekly basis on ADP Payroll System and perform all related payroll functions.  Review ADP payroll register report and ensures accuracy of data prior to final approval from Payroll  Update commissions spreadsheet for Residential California

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethics  Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt  5+ years of applicable payroll experience  Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy  Must exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills  Effective and professional communication to all employees  Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and strong knowledge of payroll processing systems
