The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in site visits, construction administration, and technical documentation for exterior restoration and structural repair/rehabilitation projects throughout New York City. This position is focused on compliance with Local Law 126 (parking garages and parapets). -2 to 5 years of relevant experience in façade restoration, structural inspection, or construction engineering. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline. -Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. -Detail-oriented and able to work independently in the field across multiple active job sites. -Familiarity with NYC Local Laws (LL11, LL126) and DOB filing processes (preferred). -Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
