Tasks

-issue Permits to Work where required -Complete all necessary administration associated with reactive and planned maintenance work. -Monitor and maintain security of production site. -Control, monitor and manage the water treatment processes. -may be required to other drive Company vehicles -Carry out General Site Duties at your sites. -assist with capital works as and when required -Liaise and work with contractors while they undertake works on sites of your responsibility. -Required to take part in a Standby rota to provide out of hours support to the operational area. -Responsible for the operating, monitoring, controlling, checking and maintenance of water treatment process at water production sites. -adhere to all H&S legislation, Company policies and Production “Standard Operating Procedures” (SOP)

What You Bring

-City and Guilds, HNC or holding a relevant Electrical/Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous -Confident using IT and computers -Physically fit for working in confined spaces -Additionally, as part of the employment offer, you will need to pass background, identity, and employment referencing checks. -It is necessary for you to have the legal right to work in the UK when you begin employment with South East Water. -A clean driver’s licence -water industry qualifications are advantageous -Experience in water treatment processes or a background in process operations.
