-Selling features and amenities to prospective residents -Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely -Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests -Showing apartments -Securing leases -Greeting visitors and residents

What You Bring

-Must be available to work three Saturdays per month. -Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized. -At least one year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Must be able to work 40 hours per week; schedule may vary. -Apartment leasing experience is a plus! -Good leasing and closing skills. -Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
