-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. -Support compensation, recognition, and professional development programs. -Maintain data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making. -Implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace culture. -Collaborate with department leaders to support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development. -Oversee employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement to promote fairness and accountability. -Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with HRIS or ERP software such as Rippling, Workday, or similar. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred. -7+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial capacity. -Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance practices. -Experience managing HR systems and processes in a growth-stage or manufacturing environment.
