Tasks
Liaise and Work with the Shift/day maintenance team on all instrumentation calibration issues Complete site documentation before and after work tasks, as appropriate. Carry out Risk Assessment of instrumentation calibration steps and ensure these are always kept valid. Execution of calibrations as per site schedule and site procedures, as directed by the Lead Calibration technician Execution of Calibration duties as defined by Supervisor. Liaise with Contractors during planned vendor calibrations. Enter calibration certs onto the site Computerised Calibration Management System Building Management Systems (Scada) Troubleshoot problems with instrumentation as necessary and as directed by site supervisors The Calibration Technician is responsible for executing calibrations of all utilities instrumentation, and where applicable, process/laboratory instrumentation, in the field as per site schedules and procedures. Execution of scheduled and unscheduled work orders, where appropriate, as per site schedule and site procedures, as directed by the Lead Calibration technician Work within a Computerized Calibration Management System environment.

What You Bring
Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability. Methodical & Analytical approach to work. Ability to work under own supervision on Client locations Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems. Understanding of SOP's and GMP Engineering systems. At least 6 months technical experience (Essential) Opportunity for Calibration Technician based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work in a pharmaceutical environment, as part of a team of Instrument Calibration Technicians. National Craft Certificate (or equivalent) in appropriate mechanical or electrical discipline or Cert/diploma/degree (or equivalent) in appropriate mechanical or electrical discipline (Essential) Ability to fault find and trouble shoot Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Pneumatic Systems Excellent Organisational and planning skills Excellent communication and documentation skills.
