Tasks
-Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations -Translate concepts and information into images -Execute the process of preparing and completing usable construction document detailing solutions -Manage client relations -Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project -Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders -Attend and conduct presentations -Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents including redlining, detail review, QA/QC check, and consultant coordination -Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products -Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship -Assist with creation and management of project schedules -Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with the Project Manager

What You Bring
-Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities -Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential -Certification : Professional registration or anticipation of registration -Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills -Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget -High commitment to QA/QC -Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects (required) -Technology : Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus -Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules -Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together -Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence -Experience : 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, including- -Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice -Apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines -Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required -Education : Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
