-Promote company design standards and quality assurance -Mentor and coach staff across all levels, promoting technical excellence -Work closely with principals and marketing to develop proposals, negotiate fees, and grow client relationships -Support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning efforts -Lead project management, design, and technical direction for civil engineering projects -Independently manage client accounts and participate in billing and fee collection processes -Represent Siegfried in professional and community settings
