Tasks
-Leading performance and remuneration processes for your portfolio. -Providing fair, consistent, and strategic ER advice to leaders, supporting them in managing complex employee relations matters. -Utilising systems to drive ongoing improvements across all processes. -Partnering with the business, understanding the challenges and opportunities within your portfolio, and using engagement, turnover, recruitment and other key data to drive insights and support decision making. -Supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding our culture, values, and EVP. -Building leadership capability and driving strategic workforce planning.

What You Bring
-A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field. -Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist P&C role, with depth in at least one specialist area. -Experience in using HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting. -Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
