Overview

Manage electrical construction projects, overseeing scheduling, RFI, change orders, close‑out, and coordination.

Tasks

-Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, and ensure that all RFI’s are integrated into the project documents -Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite -Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader -Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock -Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process -Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite -Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders -Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders

What You Bring

-Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree -Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software -Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification -Bonus Points: You have a current City of Indianapolis Master-Unrestricted Electrical License (or one from a reciprocal jurisdiction) -Required: You have at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience -You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization -You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail -Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M
