Tasks

-Perform code reviews and work in a flexible, multi-functional, team-based development environment. -Optimize application performance and solve issues across different platforms -Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications -Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React/JavaScript, Flutter/Dart or Ember -Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and reusable code for both Flutter and React projects -Implement integrations with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries -Provide technical guidance for the agile development team -Stay up to date with React, Flutter and related technologies -Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

What You Bring

-Familiarity with state management solutions for both React (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API) and Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, River pod) -Ability to switch between React and Flutter projects as needed -Understanding of agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team setting -Knowledge of web development standard processes, Flutter Web, and React Native -You are familiar with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, K8s -Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries -A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development and software architecture. -Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development -UI/UX sensibility with a good eye for detail and commitment to quality -Familiarity with cross-platform development and ability to optimize for different devices and browsers -Prior experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Test, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library) -You are familiar with AWS Service and other cloud platforms -Proven experience with React/JavaScript and Flutter/Dart in building complex mobile and web applications -Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines -Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations
