Site Operative

Overview

Responsible for daily site housekeeping and supporting the site team

Key Responsibilities

• traffic management
• delivery supervision
• site safety
• signage upkeep
• materials storage
• site presentation

Tasks

-Keep walkways clear / traffic management -Supervise the unloading of delivery’s -Maintain protection of 2nd fix items. -Maintain safe access and egress to the welfare facilities. -Erect and maintain that all signage is in place and up to date -Maintain sales presentation. -Ensure that are materials are put away and stored correctly -Cleaning and maintaining site welfare -Supporting getting plots ready for NHBC Inspections -Maintain and develop pedestrian walkways throughout the development -Provide assistance to the site team and specialised trades -Ensure that a clean and safe place of work is maintained inside the plots at all times -Maintain site presentation. -Opening and locking up site and plots at the start and end of the working day.
