Tasks

-System set up for future works and set up processes -Maintain and update pricing databases, supplier rates, and inclusions lists. -Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Estimating Manager and Director -Interpret plans, site reports, and council/developer guidelines to inform estimates. -Liaise with sales consultants, drafting, and construction to ensure buildability and compliance. -Prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders, and pricing for new home builds. -Develop and maintain unit pricing databases

-Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background -Framework software -Experience pricing and delivering custom homes -Experience negotiating rates -Consistent and steady work environment working alongside long-term members of staff -Stable and consistent building company with an increased pipeline of work -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role. -Well organised and established systems already set up
