The Role
Overview
Entry-level electrical engineer supporting ICT design and engineering projects.

Tasks
-Support the design and engineering efforts of systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement and system upgrades for a wide variety of projects and project types. -Create basic designs under the direction of the senior team members, performing CAD/BIM drafting, equipment selections, systems calculations for a variety of projects and project sizes to begin to understand architectural engineering design and documentation. -Conduct field inspections to determine existing conditions and coordinating new work and assisting Senior team members in preparation of due diligence, feasibility, gap analysis and other technical reports and drawings. -Coordinate with other disciplines and working in close contact with the entire design team. -Take ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the work assignments. -Attend continuing education seminars on technical or professional enhancing topics. -Enroll in the firmwide EDT program.

What You Bring
-Previous engineering internship, a plus -Knowledge in the latest version of MEP Auto CAD; REVIT experience is a plus -Have a basic understanding of Wi-Fi infrastructure, WAPs, controllers. Learning and mastering drawing organization and company standards. -Begin to be cross trained in multidisciplinary designs and supporting design production of drawings, calculations, research, reports, analysis, and specification. -Have a basic understanding of network connectivity, LAN, WAN fundamentals and other ICT trades fundamentals. -Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a graduation date of Winter 2025, Spring or Summer of 2026 -Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite
