-Effectively lead a team of installers to achieve revenue targets for the branch with quality and customer experience as a priority -Collaborate with other installers on the same job site, and to support them or provide guidance as needed. -Support a team of lead installers and installers to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing sustainment training as needed. -Train and develop new installers or lead installers as needed.
