Tasks

-Track pilot performance metrics and success criteria -Lead vendor selection process including RFP development and contract negotiation -Supervise Technology Analysts and Implementation Project Manager -Develop scaling strategies for successful pilot programs -Maintain technology inventory and performance tracking systems -Develop detailed ROI models and business cases for technology implementations -Create standardized technology evaluation frameworks and decision criteria -Coordinate with internal teams including IT, operations, facilities, and procurement -Develop implementation playbooks and best practices documentation -Analyze market trends and emerging technologies relevant to senior living sector -Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance expectations -Coordinate team project assignments and resource allocation -Facilitate vendor presentations to executive leadership and investment committee -Design and manage 3-5 technology pilots annually across multiple facilities -Provide training and mentorship on evaluation methodologies and industry knowledge -Coordinate pilot implementation with facility operators, WT, and vendor teams -Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and industry partners -Establish change management protocols for technology adoption -Support hiring and onboarding of additional team members -Conduct comprehensive assessments of healthcare and operational technologies

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or Business -7+ years experience in technology evaluation, healthcare technology, or consulting -Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations -Project management experience with multi-site implementations -Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis
