Tasks

-Monitor training effectiveness: Assessing the effectiveness and success of training programs -Develop training materials: Including On-boarding, BOHS P-Cert preparation, refreshers, asbestos awareness, project management, app training -Support the Quality Team in the delivery of IQC requirements, complaint investigations, non-conformances, and the subsequent training needs analysis and training. -Deliver external Asbestos Awareness courses -Identify training needs: Collaborating with managers to determine training needs for employees -Manage training delivery: Use of face to face, remote or pre-recorded training sessions -Create training programs: Designing, planning, and implementing training programs by utilising the support from subject experts within the business and Training Academy -Co-ordinate IT training on use of asbestos software and apps within the business. To communicate IT issues and proposed solutions with Operations staff

What You Bring

-Strong communication and presentation skills -Ability to motivate others and provide direction -Hold P401/P402/P403/P404 supported by 5 years site experience
