Overview

Lead wastewater hydraulic modelling projects and teams for UK water consultancy.

Tasks

-Ensure quality outputs and compliance with standards and governance requirements. -Lead a team to maintain strong client relationships and manage project team members. -Develop and deliver wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis. -Travel to client sites or other RPS/Tetra Tech offices as needed. -Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes for efficiency and innovation. -Produce bids and proposals. -Manage health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects of projects. -Oversee commercial performance, forecasting, and risk management.

What You Bring

-Degree in a relevant technical field (postgraduate preferred). -Experience in urban drainage projects and technical leadership in wastewater catchment planning. -Strong knowledge of water industry regulations and legislation. -Chartered or working towards chartership. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Familiarity with GIS systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS) and tools like FME, Optimatics, or Python is a plus. -Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint. -Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM. -Affiliation with a professional institution (CIWEM, ICE, IWater) is desirable.
