Tasks

-Oversee key strategic client projects in both the UK and EMEA -Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors -Apply your wealth of cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures -Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients -Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value -Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership -Act as the key account manager in the team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust

What You Bring

-Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres -Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun -Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing -All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. -Have confidence to head up meetings with clients -Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS -Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying -Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
