The Role

Industrial electrician installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical distribution systems.

Tasks

-Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans. -Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Termination of power/control/monitoring wiring. -Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment/lighting systems. -Utilise blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects. -Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switchgear.

What You Bring

-MEWPs/IPAF trained/qualified -Confined space trained/qualified -Containment installation (ladder/tray/basket/galvanised conduit) experience -CompEx trained/qualified -Test & inspection 2394/2395 (old 2391) -CSCS Electricians grade/JIB card -SMSTS or SSSTS qualified -Fire alarm installation experience -Strong communication skills and ability to build a positive rapport with customers and colleagues -Ability to work as part of a team and lone working -Full UK drivers licence -NVQ level 3 -PASMA trained/qualified -Effective problem-solver with strong analytical skills -First aid trained/qualified
