Tasks

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Director of Property Management will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, driving best practice, compliance, and innovation across the portfolio. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of operational property management. -Oversee budgets, service charge reconciliations, and performance metrics. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders. -Drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation within property operations. -Ensure best-in-class service delivery, compliance, and ESG integration across all assets. -Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement. -Oversee end-to-end management of a substantial mixed-use portfolio across London. -Lead and inspire a high-performing team of property and facilities professionals.

I am working exclusively with a leading property investment and management business based in Central London, seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Property Management to lead their growing portfolio operations team. -Strong technical understanding of both residential property management. -Proven leadership and change management experience. -A strategic thinker who enjoys being part of a collaborative leadership team. -Minimum 10 years' experience in property management, with at least 5 at senior leadership level. -ARLA qualification essential -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
