Lead and manage electrical, instrumentation and analyzer maintenance activities in a refinery.

Tasks

-Cooperates with reliability to continuously improve equipment and operational reliability and sustainable workflow processes and systems in a safe and cost effective manner -Manage contractor productivity, hourly performance evaluations. -Understanding, supporting and applying recommended practices for best-in-class results. -Responsible for performing frontline troubleshooting of equipment. -Ensures Contract Resources are available for scheduled jobs and special services. -Accountable for execution of all Electrical, Instrument & Analyzer works in accordance with the local Authorities requirement. -Provide feedback for assessing each indirect reports team member to provide assurance on competency. -Manage, coach, and facilitate a team to execute maintenance activities. Distribute and discuss jobs daily.

What You Bring

-Knowledge in CMMS: SAP -Able to start immediate -Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. -Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment. -Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, reliability methodologies. -Strong troubleshooting skills & problem-solving skills in mentioned areas. -Knowledge in interpreting drawings diagrams -Good communication with strategic thinking, negotiation, and business sense. -At least 3 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical -Knowledge & experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer maintenance.
