Tasks
-Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries -Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders -Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability -Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time -Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers -Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues -Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

What You Bring
-You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization -You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers -You have some experiences in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation -You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience -You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
