Tasks

-Update the master schedule and provide a summary of project status -Develop project plan based on the project requirements and project management best practices -Participates in metrics analysis and reporting. -Provides program plan baseline change control. -Gather project status from project team and update the plans accordingly -Interfaces with PMO including Project and Program Managers, Functional Engineering Managers, and Master Production Schedulers and Planners. -Provides analysis and recommendations regarding corrective action measures or changes regarding schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, funding allocations, and manpower requirements. -Create a forecast and suggest assignments and priorities for upcoming work -Collects and tracks performance and performs critical path analysis. -As a Project Planner, the most crucial aspect of the role includes analyzing project schedules, resources , meticulously managing project timelines, and proactively addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track. -Supports EMP interfacing with the Master Production Schedule and Integrated Master Production Schedule. -Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures. -Assists in assessing risks and risk abatement recommendations. -Develop/ adopt standard WBS within the plan -Adopt and maintain a strong, ever-present and overriding culture of safety in all facets of professional activities and actively help manage and promote Oceaneering’s HSE policies and practices.

What You Bring

-Primavera or MSP certification -Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 10% of the year. -Industrial experience of 5 years, with minimum 3 years’ experience in project planning and control related activities. -Able to identify scheduling process gaps and come up with best practices. -Ability to write accurate and concise communications -Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals. -Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills -Ability to communicate effectively -This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs. -Ability to communicate / work with multi-cultural team of technicians and engineers for projects -Strong organizing and Planning Skills -Graduate in engineering (preferred in Mechanical or allied branch) -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc -Project Management qualification / certification -Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices -Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams -Advanced or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project etc.)
