Tasks

-Provide technical guidance and support to the team in resolving complex design challenges -Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, such as FDA guidelines, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations, throughout the design process. -Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents for all phases of projects -Effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting -Act as a leader in applying Cost Competitive Execution techniques and develop the most cost- effective total project solution for the discipline engineering work -Translate global strategic initiatives into procedures to be implemented on projects -Develop and review estimates and schedules, progress reports, including workforce forecasts -Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines, budgets and quality standards -Establish and maintain Fluor quality processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe and effective products. -Develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and develops/manage project budgets to ensure successful project execution -Collaborate with stakeholders to set project priorities, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project status -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Construction, Procurement, Contracts, Quality, Project Controls, HSE, HR, IT and CQV, to align design objectives and project requirements -Stay updated on the latest advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices related to life sciences engineering design -Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project deliverables are met -Develop and review specifications, including design criteria -Manage the entire design process, from concept to detail design and construction support, ensuring adherence to life sciences industry regulations and standards -Lead risk management activities: risk assessment, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies -Project set-up, developing control-level schedules, progress reporting and project close-out

-Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job -Professional registration and active participation in technical society -Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability and cost of materials -Data Center Engineering Procurment Construction Experience -Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders -Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and twenty (20) years of work-related experience -Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines -Practical field experience
