Tasks

-Maintain knowledge of the current area market. -Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight the qualities and selling points of the property/units. -Host community events and ensure they are complying with American Property Management’s Quality Standards. -Prepare and maintain reports for managers. -Handle customer and tenant relations and ensure all issues are being addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service. -Assist residents from beginning to end of the rental process.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED required. -2+ years' experience in customer service is required. -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. -1+ years’ experience in the multifamily/student housing industry within the last 10 years preferred. -Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. -Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws, Landlord/Tenant Laws and ADA laws preferred. -Lease up experience preferred. -Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. -On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work. Please note that we are unable to consider current residents of the property for this position.
