Tasks

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior leader to take full ownership of a high-profile, multi-site contract within the managed services sector. The Head of Contract Delivery will be responsible for the strategic, commercial, and operational success of a major contract, ensuring exceptional performance, long-term growth, and outstanding client satisfaction. -Oversee all commercial and financial performance, including revenue optimisation, pricing, and cost management. -Lead the vision and direction for the contract, driving growth, profitability, and innovation. -Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are met or exceeded. -Work closely with Finance, Health & Safety, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver shared business objectives. -Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment. -Provide oversight across multiple service areas, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional standards, compliance, and safety. -Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. -Champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. -Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning the business as a trusted strategic partner. -Act as the senior point of contact for the client, ensuring transparent communication and delivery against joint objectives. -Develop and mentor senior managers, ensuring succession planning and long-term capability building. -Lead high-level meetings, providing insight, strategic recommendations, and performance updates.
