Lead and coach sales consultants to drive custom home sales on Gold Coast.

Tasks

-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets -Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership -Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey -Manage, coach, and support a team of Sales Consultants -Work closely with marketing and design teams to align sales objectives

What You Bring

-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team -Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results -Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in residential building sales (custom/volume building experience is a MUST) -Strong understanding of the Queensland housing market -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
