The Role
Overview
Support project managers with admin, docs, scheduling, and site coordination.

Tasks
-Efficiently and effectively process, organize, copy and file project management related forms and documents, including, but not limited to: -Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Bidding Process (bid solicitations, bidder’s list, issuance of bid documents, follow-up calls to subcontractors, etc.) -Follow McGough standard Policies & Procedures -Process mail and UPS daily -Provides general corporate administrative assistance as requested. -Keep current set of plans updated (i.e., Bluebeam/Shared File Structure) -Preconstruction support to estimating team & project team -Attends/Participates in Corporate PC Meetings and Corporate Meetings as required -Participate as an active member of the McGough Roseville Team. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities. -Processing of Submittals, RFI’s, Project Schedule Updates -Subcontracts, Professional Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, COI and Change Order Administration

What You Bring
-High school diploma or GED required -Architect/Client based document management systems. -Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities -Project team correspondence and communications (i.e. meeting minutes, construction drawings, amendments, ASI’s, CCD’s etc.) -5+ years of administrative experience -2+ years of construction experience -Ability to work with multiple project managers -Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and other construction software -3+ years of administrative experience -Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision -Attention to detail and high level of accuracy -Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
