EHS Manager Project and Service

Manage EHS for projects & services, drive safety culture, audits, ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Challenge the current norm and practices and focus on identifying improvements -Travel to fixed facilities and customer sites to conduct audits/ inspections -Analyse HSE data and decide on tactical programmes -Actively work with the business to change and improve the HSE Culture -Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on continual improvements -Undertake incident investigations and root cause analyses -Manage & maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditation -Manage and support risk reduction of high-risk operations, such as electrical safety, work at height, lifting operations etc. -Review and update the company’s EHS Policies and Procedures -Liaise with external agencies such as Local Authorities, HSE and the EA

What You Bring

-Hold a NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ or NVQ L5 in Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent. -Ideally be a member or IOSH and working towards CMIOSH -Experience of creating strong, positive HSE culture -Have a pro-active and hands on approach to working -Pragmatic approach and ability to work with employees at all levels -Have experience with maintaining ISO14001&45001 (auditing qualification not essential) -Ability to provide guidance/ make decisions
