Overview

Cultivate & grow national rental accounts, drive sales for CNH construction division.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned national rental accounts across multiple levels of their organization serving as primary point of contact -Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, rental market dynamics, and account intel -Lead sales activites with assigned accounts to achieve volume and revenue targets -Create and execute strategic account plans that align customer opportunites and CNH business objectives -Collaborate with cross functional internal teams including product management, sales operations, marketing, finance, and aftersales support to enhance customer experience and/or provide feedback to these internal groups -Periodically report account performance, forecasts, pipeline activities, and strategic activities to senior leadership

What You Bring

-Experience working for a Construction Equipment Manufacture or National Rental Organization -Account management experience with demonstrated abilily to increase sales volume and revenue -Minumum of 7 years experinece in heavy equipment or industrial sales, account management, or business development -Ability to travel up to 70% across the US and Canada -Exceptional communciation, negotiation, and relationship building skills -Understanding of construction equipment specs, applications, and jobsite requirements -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interput market trends, pricing data, and fleet metrics -Experience negotiating national level contracts and pricing agreements in releation to yearly CAPEX planning -Understanding of rental strategy, rental operations, fleet management, and equipment lifecyle -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
