Tasks

-Perform daily opening and closing checklists, including model & tour route inspection, performing housekeeping as needed. -Respond to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner. -Participate in all Turn-related activities including: -Attend and contribute to Landmark Lineup and required staff meetings. -Completing guest cards -Keep detailed activity logs in prospect and resident accounts. -Assist in resolving resident concerns/conflict by escalating to the appropriate manager. -Label & log packages and send resident notifications. -Adhere and comply with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing. -Represent the community and Landmark Properties in a professional manner. -Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in Residence Life activities. -Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines including: -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. -Enter Maintenance Requests, as needed. -Generating new leads -Enforce community policies and procedures in accordance with the Housing Contract and report any Housing Contract violations to the Community Manager. -Assist in promoting the community via social media platforms and participating in on- and off-campus marketing events. -Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent required. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. -Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc. preferred. -Understand the Housing Contract and all related addendums and be able to clearly communicate all information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors. -Must be reliable and have self-discipline. -Must possess strong organization skills. -Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed. -Must be available to work during summer and Turn period. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
