Designs ICT systems for the built environment, including pathway drawings, low voltage device and telecommunications outlet plan drawings, systems single line drawings and technical specifications. Technology systems include but are not limited to: Electronic Security Systems, Structured Cable Systems, Paging Systems, Wireless Systems and Data Network Systems
Serve as technical resource lead to subordinate Field Engineers and others in assigned work group. Provide technical advice, guidance, training and input to the review and evaluation of performance. Assist with resource planning, work prioritization and documentation of regional processes and guidelines.
Handles design development and document preparation in written and computer-aided design formats.
Conduct design reviews for the team in order to ensure that work is completed in accordance with Stantec Consulting Ltd. and client standards
Prepare proposals and cost estimates
Prepare ICT tender drawings and specifications for commercial, healthcare, industrial, institutional, public and private facilities,
Liaise and coordinate with external and internal clients to obtain and develop engineering projects
Deliver and perform ICT Project Management activities such as pre-engagement & post-engagement site visits, customer discovery meetings, on-site assessments, onsite reports, deliverables review, and other field activities as required.
