Overview
Collect, analyze & report project data, develop Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.

Tasks
-Coordinate user feedback to continuously improve dashboard performance, functionality, and user experience. -Collect, validate, and consolidate/integrate project data (cost, schedule, risk, finance, safety, others) to produce timely and accurate performance reports and metrics. -Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, data governance standards, and reporting requirements. -Develop or work with a Dashboarding Specialist to develop dashboards using tools like Power BI, including wireframes, mockups, and visualization standards to ensure clarity and usability. -Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, and gather detailed requirements for dashboards and reports. -Assist with dashboard implementation, ensuring data accuracy, role-based access control, and alignment with business objectives. -Monitor project progress by analyzing variances, identifying trends, and flagging potential risks to cost and schedule performance to relevant project teams.

What You Bring
-Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience -Possess intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes through training or practical experience. -Advanced Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint for building and maintaining dashboards and reports. -Familiar with statistics and programming concepts to support data analysis and automation. -Understands cost, schedule, and risk reporting processes and tools used in project controls. -Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting technical information. -Knowledgeable in financial reporting and risk management practices, including risk register maintenance would be preferred. -Able to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and performance reporting. -Skilled in managing data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
