Tasks

-Interacting with clients, -Setting up Project Execution Plans & Guidelines -Coordination with Site Construction team -Leading Meeting with Client, Contractors & Vendors -Preparing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the technical aspects of assigned projects. -Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Project Status Report -Travelling to site during execution work for design coordination

-Familiarity with Indian engineering regulations. -High-performing professional with a reputation of successfully carrying out Project Design, execution & Management responsibilities. -Knowledge of Statutory Requirements -Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural settings. -Shall have very good knowledge of FDA guidelines. -Knowledge of cGMP norms, CCOE & OISD norms, Factory Inspectorate Rules, ASHRAE -Experience of Participation in HAZOP Study -Knowledge of MS Schedule, AutoCAD, AutoCad Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks -Experience in Handling Domestic / International clients right from concept, basic, detail & construction -Knowledge of Procurement activities, Vendor Evaluation, Technical Evaluation & Recommendation -Understanding of all aspects governing operational & production activities, regulations/ guidelines & statutory compliances in industry -Ability to carry out problem solving -Competency in checking HVAC, Civil & MEP Drawings -Advanced language ability, minimum English and Hindi (both written and spoken) -Indian design experience necessary, with deep knowledge of NFPA codes, NBC Codes (local and international), IS and ISO Standards -Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards required for project execution -Experience in Setting up API, Sterile units, Chemical Manufacturing Facilities: Concept, Basic & Detail Engineering Work -Expertise in project costing & Invoicing -Demonstrated experience in developing Conceptual designs and carry out basic engineering and coordinate with detail engineering. -Very good proactive communicator -Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement. -Degree Qualified - BE Chemical/Mechanical Engineering -Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and monitoring -Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work -Ability to prioritise own workload and that of their team. -Proficiency in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters -Ability to work to schedule (tight deadlines) and budgets -Min. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates having EPC industry will be preferred. -Experience with power systems in Data Centers
