Tasks

As Assistant Resident Services Manager, you will support the Resident Services Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance with safety and property standards. You'll be directly involved in resident engagement, team support, contractor coordination, and maintaining high property standards across the community. -Conduct property inspections, liaise with contractors, and ensure health & safety compliance, including fire and water safety checks. -Assist with budgets, reporting, and financial targets, ensuring efficient operational expenditure. -Manage team rotas, support the resident services team, and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations. -Contribute to resident engagement by supporting events and encouraging positive feedback. -Support rental performance by working with lettings colleagues and ensuring minimal void periods. -Provide outstanding customer service through reception, resident communications, parcel handling, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
