Tasks

-Work as part of a team to deliver a customer focused and right first time surveying service -Manage sub-contractors from inception to completion on a variety of work -Survey and specify works relating to structural defects which fall under insurance thresholds -Lead on insurance work in relation to fire and structurally damaged properties

What You Bring

-Building Surveying degree or able to demonstrate significant experience -Up to date knowledge of CDM regulations, and experience of putting that knowledge into practice -Experience of undertaking a range of building surveys and able to produce good quality written technical reports and detailed drawings -Excellent customer service skills and able to work as part of a team
