-Maintain a consistent visual identity and ensure deliverables adhere to brand standards -Populate and manipulate editorial templates to create impactful marketing collateral that supports agents and overall marketing strategies -Suggest improvements and modify formats to increase the quality of production -Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless production workflows and high-quality asset delivery -Work quickly and effectively to ensure that deliverables support project goals and are completed on schedule -Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire forward-thinking solutions

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) -Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail -A strong portfolio that demonstrates precise execution and advanced production skills -Degree in graphic design or related field -5+ years of relevant experience in graphic production design -Meticulous attention to detail and process-improvement mindset -Real estate industry experience a plus -Strong technical skills and experience designing maps, charts, aerials, tables etc. -Central time preferred -Experience using templated tools (Canva, Buildout, Maxa) a plus
