Overview

Assist drilling staff, collect subsurface data, and ensure safety in geotechnical projects.

Tasks

-Assist in setting up and monitoring the safety of drilling operations -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Prepares daily reports and keeps accurate records of drilling activities according to pre-established guidelines -Assists drilling staff to perform inspection assignments under direct supervision.

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills -Ability to obtain and maintain railroad and safety certifications. -Ability to contribute and work well on a team -Has a willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel frequently out of state -The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner -Must have high school diploma -Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and obtain a commercial driving license (CDL). -Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Works in all types of terrain and weather conditions -Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
